Complaints procedure
We take complaints seriously and aim to acknowledge within 3 working days.
To raise a complaint about a listed solicitor, please use the regulator's own complaints route (SRA, BSB, LSS, LSNI). To raise a complaint about SolicitorsHub itself, email complaints@solicitorshub.co.uk. If we cannot resolve a complaint about a regulated solicitor through their firm, the Legal Ombudsman is the next step.
